Olivia Newton

Born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, Olivia Newton is a lifelong resident of the Alabama Gulf Coast with deep roots in the local community. She graduated from UMS-Wright Preparatory School in 2001 and went on to earn her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College in 2005. She then returned home to attend the University of Alabama School of Law and the Manderson Graduate School of Business, completing a joint JD/MBA program in 2010.

While in law school, Olivia gained valuable experience through internships with respected firms including Armbrecht Jackson, Vickers Riis, Porter, Porter & Hassinger, and Cunningham Bounds. After graduation, she moved to Orange Beach to study for the bar exam and began her legal career working on BP oil spill litigation with Long & Waite.

Her practice focuses on domestic relations and criminal defense, helping clients navigate challenging personal and legal matters with compassion and dedication. Olivia is committed to guiding families through custody and support issues, advocating for fair outcomes, and providing strong defense representation in criminal cases.

Outside of the office, Olivia enjoys a wide range of outdoor activities including swimming, tennis, boating, fishing, and hunting. She is an active member of Central Church in Orange Beach and is deeply involved in the local community through her daughters’ participation in Orange Beach school, softball, swim team, and the performing arts.
